Pickup and drop-off are located at shuttle service parking areas. Our reliable shuttles are simple to book and advance reservations are required. In the event that your flight is delayed and you miss your reserved ride time simply board the next available shuttle.

Terminal 2, outside departures. Pickup is in the middle lane.

(MDW) Midway Airport 

Pick-up Location: 
Lower level outside baggage claim. Exit through Door 4. Pickup is in the middle lane

Luggage Requirements

Each adult passenger may board with one standard size checked bag (up to 50lbs) and one personal item. Additional charges apply for extra luggage. There is a fee of $12.35 for each added checked bag and $4.35 for each added carry on bag.

Boarding With Children

All children under age 8, less than 57 inches tall and less than 40 pounds must be securely buckled in an age-appropriate child restraint seat. Ohare Shuttles does not provide car seats.

Boarding With Pets

Service animals are always welcome on Ohare Shuttles. All other pets must be kept in a small (max size 2’x2′) airline-approved carrier. They must be clean, quiet and accustomed to travel. Only one pet per vehicle and reservations must be made in advance. Additional fees apply.

Yes an online reservation is required to board. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Tampa International Airport (TPA) pick up location is:
Blue Express 104, downstairs.

Provided there is availability, your reservation will be accepted on the next available shuttle.

We do not provide car seats. All children under age 8, less than 57 inches tall and less than 40 pounds must be securely buckled in an age-appropriate child restraint seat.

Passengers must be at least 16 years old to ride TPA Shuttles without a guardian.

Service animals are always welcome on TPA Shuttles. All other pets must be kept in a small (max size 2’x2′) airline-approved carrier. They must be clean, quiet and accustomed to travel. Only one pet per vehicle and reservations must be made in advance. Additional fees apply.

We do not permit eating or drinking while on our shuttles. Closed containers are acceptable.

Our shuttles are not wheelchair accessible.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any specials at this time.

Rescheduling is FREE within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time.
 
In the event that you can’t make your shuttle or need to cancel your reservation, receive a full refund when you purchase our optional insurance plan for $19.35/pp. *Available as add-on coverage during booking. Refunds are only issued to customers who purchase booking insurance.
